Cancellation Policy
Whilst we appreciate sometimes things happen that are unavoidable, this clinic requires 24 HOURS NOTICE of intended cancellations or otherwise a fee may be charged. This is to allow patients on our waiting list access to appointments that would otherwise go to waste. An answering machine is available if our phones are unattended. Bookings, appointment changes and cancellations can only be made over the phone and will not be accepted via email.

Payment

Is required at the time of consultation. Please ring the clinic for our current fee schedule. Cash, Eftpos and Credit Card are all accepted

HICAPS is available for on-the-spot private health insurance claims for eligible members of participating health care funds. If accepted you will only be required to pay the ‘gap.’

Veterans Affairs
Can be billed directly after referral from your G.P.

Workcover and TAC
This clinic does not send accounts to Workcover or TAC and payment is required at the time of consultation regardless of your claim status. A receipt will be issued upon receipt of payment whichneeds to be presented to your employer or insurer for reimbursement.

Medicare
If you are eligible for the Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Scheme from Medicare (as referred by your GP) you are able to claim this at this clinic. Full payment of the Scheduled Fee is required at the consultation (please contact the clinic for the current fee) and you can chose to either claim on the spot or we will issue you with a receipt to enable you to claim your rebate from Medicare. You will be out of pocket a small gap fee.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are available from the clinic and offer a great gift solution for that “hard to buy for” person.

They have a three month expiry from date of purchase and are not redeemable for cash. The full value of the voucher can be redeemed over the validity period but it must be redeemed fully before the expiry date. Any unused balance will be forfeited when the voucher expires and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Merchandise

This clinic stocks various pillows from the Complete Sleeprrr range (Therapeutic Pillow Company) which provide a contoured surface for optimal neck support whilst sleeping. There are many different sorts suitable for different postures and body types. Don’t hesitate to ask your Osteopath or one of our friendly team to recommend a pillow suitable for your needs.
